Gavin is Foot Anstey's Head of Charity Estate Administration and has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with probate and estate administration.  He is a full member of STEP and the current editor of the manual for STEP's Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.  He also sits on HMRC's Agents' Advisory Group for Trusts & Estates.  Throughout his career, Gavin has managed high value and complex probate and estate administration cases, including those with business interests, cross-border elements, disputes, and complicated IHT, CGT and income tax issues.  Gavin works closely with charity clients, using his expertise to help them maximise and accelerate their legacy income.
